Up until when can I cancel my reservation?
The reservation can be cancelled upto 3 days before arrival.
Can I still check in after reception has closed?
Yes this is possible – when you have let us know beforehand. Please contact reception and inform them (+49 541 957 120).
How can I reserve a parking space?
Either call us or contact us in writing so that we can reserve a parking space for you. Please note that we only have a certain number of car parking spaces.

Do I need a credit card?
Your credit card details are a guarantee for the reservation.
What are the regular check-in and check-out times?
- Check-In possible from 15:00 hrs
- Check-Out possible until 11:00 hrs
We also offer early check in (from 12:00 hrs) and late check out (up until 15:00 hrs) both carry an extra charge of 40,00€. Please inform us beforehand should require either of these services.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome in our house an extra charge of 40,00€/stay is raised. This is due to the extra cleaning that is necessary.
